All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please verify your information carefully before confirming your purchase, as address or size changes cannot be made after an order is placed.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location (wilaya). If multiple items are sent to the same location, the shipping fee for that location is charged only once, regardless of the number of items. Orders sent to different locations will have separate shipping fees applied for each destination.

If a return or exchange is requested, it must include a valid explanation and be authorized by our support team. Returns made without clear justification, or those submitted to exploit company policy, will not be accepted.

Repeated misuse of our return process or submission of false claims will result in a permanent ban of your name, phone number, and delivery address from the Twister Wear platform.
